A standard AI model can't see your data. Metron connects directly to your wearables and training logs, then analyzes your actual sleep, HRV, and workout history. When you ask "should I train today?", you get an answer based on YOUR recovery state, not generic advice.
It doesn't default to easy. When you're ready to push, it tells you to push harder. Last month, 23% of adjustments INCREASED intensity because users were under-training relative to their recovery. You can also override any adjustment.
That's plenty. Apple Watch tracks sleep, heart rate, and workouts. The system works with one device. More devices = richer insights, but one is enough to start.
