Frequently asked questions

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can't see your data. Arete AI™ connects directly to your wearables and training logs, then analyzes your actual sleep, HRV, and workout history. When you ask "should I train today?", you get an answer based on YOUR recovery state, not generic advice.

What if the system keeps reducing my workouts?

It doesn't default to easy. When you're ready to push, it tells you to push harder. Last month, 23% of adjustments INCREASED intensity because users were under-training relative to their recovery. You can also override any adjustment.

What if I only have an Apple Watch?
